Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in marketing and sales. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and execute marketing strategies, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and promotional events
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and sales funnels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus
